Moving, just keep moving...part 2

Well, the house news is:

1) Our offer has been accepted
2) Valuation completed by Lender
3) Full structural survey is booked for next week
4) Solicitors have been contacted and are 'ready to go' depending on the results of the survey
5) I'm excited.

I really hope that the survey comes back showing only the work that we already know needs doing on the property. If much more needs doing, we may have to back out of the sale as even if they drop the price we won't have the cash up front to do the repairs with. *Crosses fingers*
