Wowowowow lots of potential - but what shedloads of work too! Looks a great size though, which is kind of the main thing.
For my 2p worth, I'd advise getting as much as humanly possible done before you move in, cos ye gods it's hard redecorating around your stuff ;) \voice of stupid experience!
